    The part that startled me was the fact that someone is actually giving a refund in pinas without having to chase them for itWonders never cease,a refund in the Philippines indeed

    Believe it or not, when when I first spotted the title of this thread, I misread it as 'Visa "FRee" Refund ???? .... '! Huh! ... that'll be the day!

    Visa fees are non-refundable but if a payment has been made and the application is not submitted or if the applicant refuses to provide biometrics details with their application, then we will refund the fee.

    She's back in the Philippines, but has been to England already since March. The only thing we can guess is that she overpaid, but really seems strange.
