My girlfriend recieved this text today:
you may pick up your visa free refund from 2-4pm at 25 floor Phil AXA Bldg. Please bring orig and copy of valid ID.
Representatives must bring authorization letter with applicant's ID
She had her last visit visa issued in March, so I don't know why she needs a refund? Is it a mistake on the part of the visa agency? Has anyone else recieved this text?
Maybe she over pay than to the amount required ?? Now is month of May....you mean she been granted for visit visa last March? where is she now?
Email the VFS then and clarify it...I dont think they might get wrong sending txt to your g/f...

Believe it or not, when when I first spotted the title of this thread, I misread it as 'Visa "FRee" Refund ???? .... '!Huh! ... that'll be the day!
Visa fees are non-refundable but if a payment has been made and the application is not submitted or if the applicant refuses to provide biometrics details with their application, then we will refund the fee.

She's back in the Philippines, but has been to England already since March. The only thing we can guess is that she overpaid, but really seems strange.
