wow,not in a good position to answer, but the way I saw your assets and everything, with brother to sponsor as well for the accomodation and your savings on your bank, and assets also in PI,big chance for a spouse visa to her,and you been living in together for 3 years,If I am the ECo,I'll give you the visa on the same day you'll gonna apply
I watched the UK Boarder Force last sunday at skythree (about Immigration how they process and give the decision/visa to individual,)I just thought they are considerable enough

    Goodluck kermit

and you're mean, lol you just appear on the forum,if you have query joke lang po hahaha

I lived in the Phils for only 3 MONTHS [the second time I was there] whilst MY wife's visa was being processed. Throughout this time, I was out of touch with practically everyone back home - apart from immediate family and close friends - due to the fact that I couldn't get my 'T-Mobile' Pay-As-You-Go phone to work so far away from the UK. Imagine my surprise to be greeted with: "Oh dear, I/we were afraid you'd been KIDNAPPED:bluegrab: ... or worse ... !", on my eventual return. Thing is, he/she/they were serious! Perhaps Sim's jocular concern wasn't so far off the mark after all.

Having said that, Kermit, like Sim, I wish I were in a position to offer you some definite feedback in relation to your questions. But, given your brother's sponsorship proposal coupled with your own financial solvency, I can see no real reason why the 'frog' [in this instance, your dream] should not be transformed into a 'prince' [reality].

Welcome once again. And good luck!

Apportioning blame over there, even to a governmental office is like playing pass-the-parcel,its a while since I had any form of bank account in Pinas but isnt your cash only insured up to 250,000 pesos or something paltry like that?
