If your going to get married in the phils, better ask your local city hall. If going to get married in a church ask the priest or people who works there, as different places needs different things.
If i remeber it right:
1. U need ur Birth Certificate
2. Ur Cedula
3. Ur passport
4. Under 25 needs parent consent
5. Cenomar
6. Ur fiancee passport
7. Ur fiancee divorce papers (if married b4)
8. Coni
9. Marriage License
