oh the mother in law was nothing compared to her dad, who told me he had a gun named after each of his 4 kids

first time i went to the phils was with british airways, it was a good flight and service, from manchester to heathrow i think, then to HK and then to manila

pitty not many airlines go to the phils anymore. (british airways, air france, etc (air france £380 return from MANC to MNL those were the days, use to go 3 times a yr then)

I booked thu British Airways+Cathay Pacific combination Joe but sad to say they have no more price like that. That's really amazing price. I can afford to visit my loving Mom even twice a year.

my only time with BA cost me more than 50% more than any other airline, but they were the only one who had tickets still as it was near xmas time .

    Nice 1 mate!!

    Good thought, Lol

I get a BA Hotline ticket for around 350 quid to HK then cebu pacific HK Manila and back for 53 quid.
Can't go wrong, as am using this option this August
I was BA serving staff before, so still get some perks, but wd never take the cheaper option of going standby!!
Don't wana get jammed up in HK for several days not getting on, as it wd work out more expensive, and my boss wd have myfor not returning to work on time.

    Cheers..

Notice sometimes how threads can drift off topic heheheh?

Here is a good tip Joe!
If you shop at Tesco, convert your points to Airmiles(owned by BA).
They are worth 60 miles per two pound 50!
Many many stores are now enrolled in the Airmiles scheme now, including eBay!!
I earn a free flight to HK every 3 yrs.
    Just a thought mate
