    Thanks Joe.

Yes there is excitement in seeing each other. She is a good Woman , and I love her so very much.
You guys have been so very supportive, is why I'm happy to donate to this wonderful forum.
    God bless you all.
I lost my Mum last April while I was there, and she was there for me.
Her period was very late the last time, but nothing.
As for ovulation, I can't answer, sorry.
I work out in the Gym 3 times a week, and have almost given up smoking.
Am quite proud to the fact that I have almost done it!
I drink only a fraction of what I used to.
Am going back in August, so fingers crossed.

    Thank you so much

Before I went to Phil and married Chryss I had been cycling regularly for the previous 6 months and had given up smoking too.
Also I had taken a supplement called Maca.
I only wanted to see if it had any effect and hey presto Chryss got pregnant.
I wouldnt bother with ginseng as I beleive its just a stimulant and not something that increases sperm count and motility which I beleive is what you`re after!
I don`t beleive it`s an overnight thing, more like a month or two.

Certain types of exercise can have a damaging effect on male sperm production. One of the worst forms of exercise for this is cycling or mountain biking. Mountain bikers have been proven to register less then half the sperm count and sperm movement than non-cyclists. The semen alterations are thought to be caused by impounding damage to both the testes and the scrotum, the repeated trauma is considered to be the main reason for the vascular damage and the subsequent effects on sperm motility.

Three times mate, and for two weeks at a time.
Now that my lifestyle is different perhaps we will have more luck?
I will go there more relaxed, with an expect nothing attitude this time
Am booking the most nicest place in Camiguin for us to stay, and will hardly drink also, tho I was never alcoholic in the 1st place.
We love each other so much, so we will just prey.
My mums passing in April when I was there didn't help I'm sure.

    Thank you again.

    WoW!! Amazing

So there is hope for us yet lol
Is nice to see, that I'm not the only one up early
Am doing my late shift at the Airport too
I am one of the lucky few that loves his job of over 19 years.
Though I work in the travel industry, I still pay full fare for my flights, to ensure I don't fly standby, but this will be my 4th visit in a year, lol
It has been said on this forum that we need more time together, but my visit dates have been staggered!
I suppose it's just as well 'till my divorce comes through, as her mum does not like me very much coz of this.
Then again, she is an angry bitter woman.
I bet if i look under her hair when she's sleeping I will see 666 tattooed on her head

Still, whatrver happens Roni will be here with me next year

Well Joe, yes I agree with you on the Mother in law bit.
    Wow, 7 yrs, how nice.
Can't wait to get back there.
Am an old romantic at heart, and just love to see here happy
She is more happy to the fact that I just lent her sis 400 quid for her studies, lol
Ohh well, at least my friendly contact at Brit Air shd be able to get me business class to HK, so I can get a good nights sleep.
I always take the 10:20 flight out, arrive HK, then cebu pacific to manila, sleep overnight, and fly down to Cagayan.
That's the plan anyway, as cebu pacific have a deplorable record for delays
I always factor in delays etc, as it's the adventure part of traveling.
If i didn't think that way, I wd pull all me hair out, what's left of it anyway
I just booked my overnight Hotel in Manila for 32 quid, and a real nice Hotel at that.
    I always use Agoda.com
Their service is priceless, and they have a reward program too

oh the mother in law was nothing compared to her dad, who told me he had a gun named after each of his 4 kids

first time i went to the phils was with british airways, it was a good flight and service, from manchester to heathrow i think, then to HK and then to manila

pitty not many airlines go to the phils anymore. (british airways, air france, etc (air france £380 return from MANC to MNL those were the days, use to go 3 times a yr then)

Thats ok, don`t do mountain biking and being a cyclist for many years i`ve read many things for and against any health related issues.
Also cyclists wear padded shorts nowadays and the seats are designed to take pressure off the sensitive areas and just use the sit bone.
The lower blood pressure gained from the regular excercise helps too.
Anyway, regardless of any articles, my sperm and other issues are fine!
Theres always issues with any excercise, running makes your joints weak cos of the impact. So they improve the shoes to resist the impact and it helps.
One things for certain, sitting on your fat will always be sitting on your fat and bad for your health.
Worth noting that I was also a smoker for the best part of 20 years so these reviews/tests arn`t always correct.

I guess those things can be taken either way.
Of my work colleagues, 1 is a regular cyclist and last year completed the etape du tour in france, his partner is expecting in august.
Another is a cyclist and runner that has completed one london marathon in 4hrs, he has 2 kids and the youngest is 6 months old.
Interestingly and unfortunately the only colleague of mine that has had trouble is someone that has enjoyed morrocan woodbines on a regular basis.
Then again, my brother also has enjoyed them and has 2 healthy kids
Fitzy I wish you and your wife the best of luck and I hope that your dream will come true. As I found out recently it really is the most beautiful experience to be a parent and one that I thought had passed me by.

I booked thu British Airways+Cathay Pacific combination Joe but sad to say they have no more price like that. That's really amazing price. I can afford to visit my loving Mom even twice a year.

Here is a good tip Joe!
If you shop at Tesco, convert your points to Airmiles(owned by BA).
They are worth 60 miles per two pound 50!
Many many stores are now enrolled in the Airmiles scheme now, including eBay!!
I earn a free flight to HK every 3 yrs.

    Nice 1 mate!!

    Good thought, Lol

I get a BA Hotline ticket for around 350 quid to HK then cebu pacific HK Manila and back for 53 quid.
Can't go wrong, as am using this option this August
I was BA serving staff before, so still get some perks, but wd never take the cheaper option of going standby!!
Don't wana get jammed up in HK for several days not getting on, as it wd work out more expensive, and my boss wd have myfor not returning to work on time.

    Cheers..
