Does anyone on here, living OUTSIDE the Philippines have a
Banco d'Oro on-line account ?
If so ....may I ask...
1. How the hell can you call their call centre from outside the Philippines ?
All I can see in an internal Toll Free number. So, if u have a phone number,
it would be gratefully received.
2. Is there any way to circumvent their setting up of 3rd party payment
instructions ?
It seems that the standard way is to submit to them (by post, or handed
into your nearest BDO branch) a list of all 3rd parties you wish to set up.
Obviously not ideal if you are living in London !
Is there a way to set them up yourself (on-line) ?
