Not using BDO online here, I used Metrobank(internet) online banking, but I am dealing them (my branch megamall) with loads of transaction thru call, to the marketing manager of the branch I had with...I just give you the email (call center) they reply me quick in any enquiry that i wanted to know.....CALLCENTER <CALLCENTER@bdo.com.ph> hope it helps you bit.

About the 2nd question, I dont think so you can set 3rd party thru online, better call the branch you are dealing with, that email add will help you to contact your branch, Goodluck
