    It shouldnt be a problem, I suppose, here is the NHS contact # 01493 335340, thier reason wasnt valid Ems, I will find the email add for you so you can enquire to them via email

    You may be better to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) run by your local Primary Care Trust (PCT). There are several PCTs each responsible for a part of Birmingham so I can't point you at the right link.
