Invalid search

Hello ,just confuse,I've been checking application on line but always get invalid search after I entered everything I needed. Does anyone experience this?:

Hello Pat,
You might just mistyped a letter or number or instead of slash you had typed the question mark. I just did tracking few minutes ago, so far I did not encounter such problem.

Actually it didnt state invalid search if website is cant access at the moment, try again later or is this your first time you track ??

No,been tracking many times already, just got this problem today.Thanks JMajor will try again later.
