btw he received the result after 17 weeks and the reason of refusal were lack of financial evidences and supporting papersYes usually more than 3 months for NVQ, I have to correct my previous post about my friend who heard the visa news, he applied december 23, 2008 and got the result last May 28, so more than 17 weeks
I advice you to divert your attention into other things, how about to wait what gonna happen to Boys over the flowers or to find out who will be the next Pinoy Pop Superstar
He didn't discuss further, he's busy now preparing docs going to Canada
