When I was staying in Cebu City, we hired a car and visited there with the intention of going diving. But it rained and rained and rained, so we didn't even stay overnight!
My most vivid memory of that trip is driving along past all the kids going to school. They were using huge green leaves as umbrellas! I still regret not stopping to take a few photos of them....
