Have you seen brand new branded items?(signature clothes). When you're inside the charity shops are you not tempted to take a look at the clothings? (mag usisa lang or mag baka sakali in tagalog). We know how women are...You might happen to see brand new items with a seal on it.
Ah so you're fond of bric-a-bracs collection as well.

Have not seen any brand new. Maybe in some part of UK. Sometimes there's tags but looks used.
