Yes, some snubs charity shops because when they go carboot sometimes they can buy stuffs next to nothing. I have friends down South, they love carbooting. As what they say I bought my brand new Levi's 501 jeans for only a £ and so on and so fort. So, therefore charity shops is no difference than charity shop. . I knew someone who bought a used jacket from carboot amounting to £0.25, but snubs charity shops. I guess the lowest amount of item at the charity shops is at least £0.89.
I've learned that stuffs sold in charity shops are mixed (brand new and used) i just don't know with carbooties. I have to go to a carboot oneday soon..
