    Thumbs up Sticky Bibingka

    Hiya Van & John!!!

I cooked your recipe of Bibingka!!!! It was really really sweet, yummy & sticky hehe... At first I wasn't sure how it will look like or what the result shall be because I haven't tried using Glutinous rice flour in baking yet. Also you did not specify the temperature of the oven. Anyway, I put it on 180-200C and they turned out to be just perfect. I was able to make 2 pans of bibingka!!!! Best serve when COLD!

I've been very busy these couple of days entertaining guests. Anyway they & my husband were very happy, even though it was a bit unusual to their taste but they loved it!!!

    Thank you so much!

To forum members, this recipe is A MUST TRY!!!!
