Ingredients:
6 whole eggs
1-1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 (400ml) cans coconut milk
1 16oz pkg. glutinous rice flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick melted butter
Cooking Instructions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar to eggs gradually. Combine all the dry ingredients together. Combine all the liquid ingredients together. Pour dry and liquid ingredients alternately in thirds. Line baking pans with banana leaves or grease paper. Bake in center of preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until firm in the center.
