Hello everybody! I've been a silent reader & a recipient of sound advice from this forum since January of this year. My name is Noemi. I work in a Bank stationed at the Legal Dept. I share the common "sentiment" of some women here who are patiently waiting for the visa result (fiancee).

As a newcomer, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have unselfishly shared their wisdom, knowledge and experience to everybody who accessed this site. The threads posted re the documents presented for fiancee visa & the likes were indeed my personal guide in the preparation of the documents that I have submitted. And noiw, this site is my refuge since I lodged said application on April 30, 2009.

We are waiting for my fiancées visa too, sometimes it is pretty unnerving as I wish to be with my gwapa asawa (to be) as soon as possible.
But can't do much else than be patient and hope for the best possible outcome

For the three of you (ji&ma, ana_may365 & mrs daddy), thank you so much for the immediate replies & for the warm welcome. ji&ma, you are right, cant do much but to patiently wait. I'm just glad i'm too preoccupied with work on daytime & cant almost feel the passing of the day...but not when my boyfriend sends an SMS & asks about it

That was great introduction Noemi, I said before this forum has Goodluck,(anting anting baga) never any member had been denied as far as settlement visa is concern, we had one b4 but they appeal and won the battle,

Welcome noemi.i also felt that when i was waiting for my application result.but they always tell me hassle while you wait.so while waiting i kept my self busy packing all the things i want to bring becuase i took it positively that i wont wait long.
