I am filling in the reprot of birth today and the passort forms for my second baby Then tomorrow have his photo taken and ready to submit next week

Hi ann can you tell me which photo shop are you going? because I dont seems to find a blue or navy blue (whatever it is) background for Phils passport. Ta!

i took the pictures myself against a royal (?) blue curtain at home and got them printed passport-sized on a machine at Asda. cost about 50p for 6 photos.
i did the same thing for his UK passport and the pictures were accepted, no problem.

i have now printed off three report of birth forms, one passport application form, got three photocopies of my wife's passport, three copies of the boy's birth certificate and printed three photos.
tomorrow i will get some postal orders for £36 and £18, make them out to the philippine embassy, get some witnesses to sign the report of birth forms...and then send it to them!!

they have to grab the table cloth coz that the only royal blue colour they could find now they bought a new sheet background after that
