    Palabok Recipe

    Here you go Iye,waiting is over


    Ingredients:
    1 pouch Mama Sita's Original Gravy ( Palabok ) Mix
    8oz (227 g) bihon (rice noodles, cooked as directed in the package)
    2 1/2 cups water
    2tbsp cooking oil
    1tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 pound minced pork

    Garnish:
    2 hard boiled eggs (peeled and sliced into wedges)
    3tbsp sring onion chopped
    1/2 cup shrimps boiled and peeled
    1/4 cup smoke mackarel flakes
    1tbsp fried minced garlic
    1/2 cup crushed cracklings (chicharon)


    1. Dissolve Mama Sita's palabok mix in favored liquid.
    2. In a wok, sautee garlic and minced pork in oil then stir in dissolved mama sita's palabok mix.
    3. Bring to boil,stirring till thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
    4. Put noodles in serving platter and pour sauce over it. Garnish with smoke mackarel, spring onion, shrimp, cracklings, garlic and egg. serve with lemon or without
