Hehe!!! I made it!!!
I made 7 big steamed siopaos and was a bit naughty as my husband said to try put one in the oven (because previously he enjoyed the TOASTED SIOPAO in Bicol) http://www.manongcalbo.com/2008/07/f...rom-bicol.html
I wasn't sure how it was made though (think i've seen someone fry it)but as what I have said he loved it (he can't get over it)
I'm not sure if you have tasted a toasted siopao before (It's one of the Bicol's finest)
I twisted the dough while putting the filling in, to make them look a bit like Chowking Siopaos hahaha(I wish I'm that good lol)
I still have some dough remaining I'll make another batch tomorrow! Maybe different filling hehe

I feel like I'm in the Philippines & so is my Munkyboy! Summer weather & toasted siopao... Hmmm... love it!
