I've had a problem with my telephone line as well. I am not using Lebara, but I subscribed to Virgin's package for cheaper calls to the Philippines. Since then, all my calls are getting diverted to whoever, wherever. Atleast once, I heard someone moaning on the phone as well which is groase so I just hanged up.
Bottomline, do not eliminate the idea that there might be a problem with the line and it wasn't your GF moaning on the other end. Plus, you should know her better - would she be able to do such a thing? Hope not! :-)
