Hongkong is in China!!! Meaning: it's a region or a state...
so maybe it's Hongnese or Chinkong... lolz

I understand what your saying of course...but I have met people who have said "I'm not Chinese, I'm from Hong Kong!" Maybe it's just a translation misunderstanding..
