hello to all this was on my mind when i post the last question but completely forget i had to ask..about filling up the application VAF41 thanks for all the reply as well,,my other quiries is do we ned to also fill it up if we intent to work in UK? ..which i know some wife here are working there when they arrive..on my case yeah i am interested to get work to help my husband as well as we have our own kids as well..
and do i need to fill up also the name of my other child as my legal dependents aside from i got i kids from my english husband now..im aware i have to get them an english passort as well but just bit confuse if i include my one kid..from singleness..if we also apply her settelemnt visa or bit later in case..any advice would be great help

Hi Ross,

There is nothing wrong, you can apply your kid (from your singleness as what you said, lol) at the same time, for sure you dont want him/her to left alone there in PI, pitty, so you can include him to your application alright, and about your querries, if you allow to work ? Yes you can, your applying spouse visa is it? Just wondering, if you can work because who gonna look for your kids while your working ?
