Where? are you referring avatar or a picture for gallery? or attached thumbnails, if you mean avatar go to user cp and click edit avatar, if you mean a picture, click Gallery on top of the forum then click upload picture, if you want attached thumbnails, screwl down click managed attachments and upload pic
