Actually you're BOTH right!! In responding to another recent post I had occasion to cite the old maxim: "Money is the Root of all Evil"; however, Jealousy & Greed are two offshoots that all too frequently sprout from the same source ... seeds of dissatisfaction and resentment motivated by a desire to "Keep Up with the Joneses".
Most of the time, money or too much desire for money is usually the root cause of jealousy,
thus making money the root of evil.........
either way, too much money or lack of money is the root of evil, i think....
