is having case in court can give us trouble or affect us in applying settelement visa? case in not civil or criminal case, i think as to what my friend are talking..its ona judicial Dispute resolution (JDR) but just need to hearing in court to settle such..how does affects to anyone having this and applyinf the visa any i de whould be great..
