you can try size 8 - uk size, as i'm also a size 6 in pinas and i'm more of a size 8 here in uk
and also make sure you get a ring bigger so you have an allowance in case it doesn't fit your gf's finger,
and you can just have it reduced in any jewelry shops there, as it would be harder to make a ring bigger, not to mention the time and cost.....
