    quick question

    Hi guys,

i just have a quick question.
since this will be my first time to have an employer in UK, is it really possible for them to get a visa for me?

im not sure how true this is, for I read some articles saying that a visa must be done personally.

I will realy appreciate your feedback.

Would be better to elaborate bit more, otherwise from this (just short) view it might sound like another SCAM victim

It's a scam, don't believe a word of it. It would be impossible for an employer to get a visa for you, the most they could do is to give you an offer of employment in writing to support your application. You must make the visa application yourself at the British Embassy in your home country.

The first step in this proccess will be for you to send them some money, via Western Union, which of course will be refunded once you get to the UK. SCAM. If you believe that you'll believe anything.

Even if an employer in the UK was willing to make you a formal offer of employment, it would have to be for the kind of highly skilled job that is on a UK government list of jobs for which there are shortages of applicants in the UK and also for which the employer cannot find a suitable applicant within the countries of the European union.

As others have said from the limited details you have given it sounds like a scam. Though if you want to give a few more details (like names, addresses, and phone numbers of any companies involved) then I'm sure you'll get confirmation on here that it is a scam.

And even your here, on the application form there is a question, do you need working permit ? Because company would rather hire a person, who doesnt need work permit.
I assume your still out of UK, so visa must be apply personally, like most of us do

The other members are correct in saying that it is a well orchestrated scam .

Don't be fooled by empty promises, work visas have dried up and virtually impossible to obtain, unless you fall into the category of skills required.
And even then, a point system is in place.
