Hi there hope someone can advise . I wanty to get a british birth certificate for my son Ben and still ion the philippines with mum . He was Born feb 16th 2007 so i understand that we can apply is passport soon after.

unfortunately we never registered our son with the Bitish Embassy in Manila.
Can we still regsiter the birth even though im now in UK


Final question. Can i apply for is birth cert here in UK
