My wife is on a settlement visa, can she enter Eire or does she need a Schengen visa?

As Eire is the Gaelic name for the Republic of Ireland ... and thus, no longer part of the United Kingdom ... I should IMAGINE so, though cannot be absolutely certain. Others might be able to tell you for definite, however.
