Boy-racers causing havoc by not respecting the highway code and blatantly disregarding it.
If you look at the stats very carefully you will see that the vast majority of fatal accidents are caused by people under the age of 25.
It is also a proven fact that loud dance beats or constant drumming on the car stereo leads automatically to aggressive driving, whereas soft music makes people go slower and more attentive to the surroundings.
I also happen to observe that delivery drivers in (mainly) white vans are the scourge of the roads.
Foreign drivers from the continent should be have their cars confiscated and scrapped at the first offense.
I am sick and tired of having to dodge Polish or Lituanian drivers at the roundabouts, because they don't stop at the junctions and give way.
