    Language schools in Davao

    Hi Folks,

I am worrying about the fact that my future wife will appear with me at the French Embassy in Manila and so far all she can say in French is "bonjour".. Is there any institution or school in Davao where she could start studying French? I can bring her software and material when I am visiting but I guess there is nothing like learning in some academy but I was wondering if she would find that in Davao. On top of that she lives in Indangan, pretty far from downtown.... thanks for your advice! I guess it is not easy for a Pinay to marry a man who lives in a country where English is NOT the main language!

It does sound like it might be difficult..are you sure she will be able to learn your french language?

Hi pacific, I'm in davao and so far i havent found a school/academy or tutorials on french language here. There is some canadian immigration consultancy services here ( CIC) maybe they can arrange for french tutorial ( french language is a plus factor when applying for canadian visa as i was told when I inquired a year ago ).. Indangan is not far from downtown davao now.. it got paved roads and new subdivision are being built there ( DECA homes, Emily Homes... ) its now being developed as and alternate route going to north of davao exiting at Bunawan ..

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

Thanks for the advice but I'd rather be a monk than marry a Pinay who speaks French with a Canadian accent....
