Hi Mrs. Happy Now! I understand the hardships you've been through, most of us Brit wives went through a very similar dilemma with the immigration. ILR I am sure is a straightforward application, my husband's been telling me it is nothing compared to what we've been through with the fiance' visa and the FLR application. He believes it is just a type of formality really (I think he just doesn't want me to worry too much). Anyhow, as long as you have those letters I'm sure you'll be fine. It might be a good idea to include letters from the NHS for you, letters from the council. Any letters sent to you by any 'organisation' that might help to convince them that you are still in the same address.Originally Posted by Happy_Now
