Hi!have anyone else have experience that moving in abroad while holding ILR,,cause we gonna move in abroad soon immigration said i might lost my ILR if i stay in outside in england for 90 days,,any help!!thanks

90 days , its upto 2 years, not 90 days...
but the uk is suppose to be your home ..

if you did stay outside for 2yrs you would probably have to apply for ilr again, why can you not wait til u have citizenship?

Hi joe thanks,i know but my husband need to go abroad cause of his job,he said probably more than 2 years or so,i dont want to start again from beginning

when did you get ilr and when did you first come to the uk ?

How far have you got to go? What country are you going to?

I think if you can prove your husband has not choice but to move abroad for work possibly UK visas can help. So worth a phone call, that or if you could come back to the UK at some point and stay with family or friends ( i know not always possible)

Hi somebody we stay in abroad about 2 years or so and we gonna live in italy

Well with less than a year here it maybe difficult to get uk citzenship but its only a year and a day but worth asking what the UK visas people advise as its not your fault your having to leave.

Dont mention no names or to many details about you both yourself.
