Most companies I know never upgarded to Vista because of the major problems they suffered when updating to XP.
Some companies have to spend £Millions testing a single patch before installing it across the network of systems. Upgrading a totally new OS can take years of testing.
Strange thing was that software I'd written didn't work from ME to XP, and yet that ME software now works on Vista!
