In my opinion, it's best to be transparent and honest and not withhold any useful and crucial information about you.....
as they might find out about it eventually and might only lead to the delay of your application or worst denied, because you held back those information...
Just my opinion though, i'm sure many on here will be able to give you more accurate advise regarding this matter
