so what I did ...even I was 4 hours drive away in Manila I grab the opportunity as a Walk IN applicant coz I worried the visa fee may change within two weeks time so to avoid hassle I got the chance as walk in applicant and was submitted just only after 4 days after I got the Mcheck
and then I cancelled my schedule appointment (online) so the slot can be provided for other applicant.

So I guess schedule an appointment first before paying visa so you will be able to know the earliest possible time to submit it
