Sadly you had probably missed the Filipino Barrio festival in Hounslow, great turn out and food and music. In the same area there seems to be a lot of Filipinos living there and working so if shopping around the area you might meet some as i allways do. Bearing in mind a lot of Filipionos work in the hospitals now.
