i went to the court today and asked the judge if my warrant is already released, she told me that it may not be issued depending on the outcome of my other affidavits which we submitted few weeks ago. we did a motion to dismissed the case, then another motion for further investigation which both focuses on the technically on the arrest and lack of merits for the CIDG since to this moment they cant come up with any evidence and complainants

the judge is really fair she told me that she hasnt put my warrant yet as she thinks that i should not be arrested as there is no evidence on putting us for illegal recruitment. but then she just told me to just wait and hope that the she wont see any reason for a warrant for meim really happy and just thankful that she really is a fair one. i also asked her about Kevin and she told me that until August 27 the deadline she gave to CIDG to explain their side she will then decide to dismiss the case or to have more investigation but lighter side is that the fiscal told me that Kevin may be released soon due to good merits at the jail

wow im so thankful for all this good news

about those money grabbers....well what ever will happen i wont give in to them as we still believe that paying them off would only shows admittance of the crime, bsides if we pay them they would do that again to other foreigners here in the Philippines. Dont kick their itlogs,you will only find yourself up on a charge of assaulting a government employee You can get a serviceable very discrete body camera for around £250,not professional but certainly good enough to give evidential support in court,turn the tables on them when they are asking for a bribe I am really glad everythings turning out for the best,I always said,the power of positive thinking
