I would like to ask some information that always bother me about my 6 year old daughter which daughter of British national , I would like to know that is there any possibility that my daughter will become a British citizen even we are not married of her dad before, but she’s born in the Philippines and her Dad still supporting her never abandon her financially and she’s using her dad family name since we changed and her dad Acknowledge the birth certificate of the child. The worried me is I’m married to someone else now can my married affect to my child citizenship, Please reply me what would be the best thing to do because I don’t know about UK law, and I’m just thinking my daughter naturalization.
