as far as what i read i think after that refusal and reappeal i think they will be able to get the visa.....i think in every application the best thing you can do is to supply all the evidences that you have just to prove to them your purpose of entry in UK....as what caught me is they keep on stating that lack evidences seems to be the reason of refusal....and i think if they have send it together with there application all the evidences that they have mention in there appeal i think they will be able to get ....just like what people keeps in telling in the furom you have to satisfied the ECO....so feed them lots of evidences......you will be fine and get married!
