as tough as it is, she should be deported, just like anyone else who commits a serious crime and does more than 12 months in prison, they are recommended for deportation.

human rights are not effected becuase she can go and live in the phils or any other country that will take her, and what about the human rights of their victims ?.

well if she has ILR i'm sure that will be revoked, if she hasn't i think she will have to wait along time before she gets ILR or citizenship, if ever.

I'd like to have read the court reports for some background. The drug dealing ex boyfriend is a "Mohamed Pour". Strange that characters like him don't carry on their activities in countries with Sharia law, forget 14 years it would have been a one way trip down to Chop Square.

On the surface it seems like she was duped and influenced by him but one suspects must have been fairly involved to cop 5 years.

14 years for him?My guess is heroin 5 years for her as you say isnt exactly standing on the sidelines,theres some involvement.
