Just to ask what's your english expression you adapted already?
Now I'm used to say:

"yeah..yeah"..(well I have to agree atm)
"oh that's lovely" thank you - at first I thought my name was lovely not leah coz they keep calling me lovely
"oh that's wonderful smashing thank you" - well impressed
"cuppa tea..cuppa tea"..- hehehe every meal
" Oh deaaa" - oh dear

but sometimes I can't forget to say "AY NAKU!" LOKO KA

yea but have to be very careful what expression we're learning I'm hearing a lot of bad words but never to used it i prefer using my own language

Safe - meaning: trustworthy.
Example: Don't worry, he's safe. He's with me!

Sound - meaning: good, nice.
Example: Got a TV for half price.. Sound!

Ahh kid - meaning: family member/sibling or close friend.
Example: Goung out with ahh kid.

Swear down now - meaning: promise.
Example: I swear down now, I didn't take it!

Boxed off - meaning: dealt with/sorted out
Example: Got the insurance for the new TV boxed off

Is also short for God blind me! Used as an expression of shock in seeing something surprising.
God blind me = i wish god blinded me so i couldn't have seen that.

Of course Iain is quite right, but as for s I know it carries two meanings, lol

For example, if hubby came home to find the milkman shag*ing his misses, he migat say 'Cor Blimey, wat u doing luv?'

This is my husband expression
"Nahawa" narin ako after 2 years of been together in the Phil. Then, when i got my visa and found a church here in the UK, im sharing "words" standing at the pulpit and i use "Bo_ _ _ _ ks", which makes me surprise when they LOL. Not funny after finding out the meaning. Im imbarassed and asked apology. Never use that word again, nevah!

Now, sila na nahawa to my expression "Acheche! & bloody ngek"

i always use 'blimey' and 'quid' (pounds), as i adapted from my hubby. and he adapted 'hay naku' from me

i also thought that if they say 'see yah later' it's really later

and if you have kids or baby they always say 'oh bless him/her!'

Must admit, I'm guilty of introducing Yam to the word "knackered"! She's said it a couple of times and I can't help but laugh as it sounds so funny with her accent. I feel bad though after as I have to reassure her that she said it perfectly well and in the right context, it just makes me smile when she says it!
