Seen it also at CNN today. Mostly bad stricken by storm were in Northern part.
Better place to stay really is in Cebu area.
Rarely raining there.

My fiancee is from isabela,it's where her father and sister and brother's live,we been trying to contact them all day with no success :( just pray for the safety of them and everyone else caught up in the typhoon.
