I am sure that this new undertaking, will be making a huge difference to how scum behaves.....

Does it ever get into Governmental heads that they up altogether, and unless they use drastic means, crime levels will NOT go down but will keep on rising...?
All the new directives and laws that they came up with in the last 12 years do not take into account the needs of the victims at all, but it all looks good on paper and unfortunately unenforceable in real life.

More jails we need, and proper harsh supervision of inmates and parolees.
Crims should be made to pay compensation from their hard work, directly to the victim. And if they skip, they go straight to jail to serve the whole sentence.

I like the bit where they say they are for criminals who still show signs of potential violence when released So don't release them then!!!
