Dont drink, dont smoke, take up some form of physical excercise,I guarantee you wont feel bloated or run down, radical change of diet also, lay off cakes and stodge

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

I go to the gym 3 times per week, and lost 2 stone over the years
Used to be a fat basta** heheheheheh.
All i want really is to promote health, and am sure some of my problems are due to the recent stresses that I told you all about, but thanks for the constructive response my friend

3 times a week for an hour and a half session is all you need, work on your cardiovascular,no need to bulk up,your heart is the main cog in the machine,if you were 2 stone overweight you were putting strain on it mate, now thats shed your heart doesnt have to work as hard,we aint getting any younger mate, every little helps, good thing about Pinas is your always going to lose weight because of the amount of swimming you normally do And the masses of fresh fruit you eat,ice cold mango for breakfast

Might indeed be a placebo, but you do actually feel better after the treatment

I normally do 3 hrs p/week cardio, and some toning at the BA club
To be honest, I feel better now, than I did when I was 30, am serious
For a start, my knees feel better for it, as well as my general well being, and also I drink a whole lot less, and NO beer whatsoever

The Nicotine Lozengers are good, but is proving hard to stop, but I made a start, and never smoke during my shift at work.
Besides, Yanie wd never stand for it, and for sure I wont smoke when I go to Cebu next week

Trying to stop smoking Fitzy? Welcome in the club
I know well it isn't easy - been smoking about 20 a day for some 15 years and I'm stopping now as well because my Maricel isn't smoking and we want kids in the future and be healthy obviously...
If you mean it seriously try to contact your local Health Centre their smoking cessation adviser - they are able to provide a great advice and you can get patches and other NRT on prescription. Fully recommended.
    Good luck

It doesn't actually, the gases come from your small intestines.....if you really hav problems with gas, take charcoal for a week. Not nice, but absorbs all the gas.
