You DO NOT have a virus, it is a corrupt file.
Click START>RUN type in CMD then hit ENTER
Then try it again directly:
Attrib -H -R -S C:\boot,ini
DEL C:\boot.ini
to delete the bad one
BootCfg /Rebuild
