Indeed I've been known to spend ages in shops ... deliberating over whether the stripe(s)/design(s) on a necktie actually "tie-in" [pun INtended] with certain shirts and vice-versa. And talking of shirts ... you'd be surprised at the number I've amassed over the years (and STILL HAVE, after more than two decades!) ... they are all colour-co-ordinated in my wardrobe.
