    Hi, Mrs. JMajor,
My last one to them was last Thursday the 13th August which was our 17th week taking us into 4 months, I will let all know what date they say they are up to when they reply.
But of course they _say_ they have connection problems

    I've already started
Just half an hour ago I've sent them e-mail again, this time kindly reminding them of their own customer standards set in their new Customer Charter issued in May and that I would expect some standard of service provided to us for the money we've paid to them

    Lets see...

BTW - see the charter attached...

    Hi, Jonnywina,
I sent my email on last Thursday and had no reply as yet.
And my wifes applacation was in on the 16th April, so anouther that has missed their strict chronological order.
I will let you all know when and if we hear anything.
    Mick.

    Mick.
I've just phoned up +6328582398. It kept on ringing for ages, then stopped, then rang again, but in a different tone. A woman answered, so I tried to ask what date they're processing now for the Tier 4 visa applications, but she said she can't really understand English. I asked if it's the UKBIA that I'm calling. She seemed confused and said she doesn't really know what I mean. WTF!? I just hung up.

I've submitted an application on 07 August, 2009. Do you think that the July processing times will be applicable for my Tier 4 application? They haven't updated the processing times website yet, and it's the 18th now.

Cheers, mate. I think I have mentioned it earlier, but sure.

I lodged my PBS - Tier 4 visa application last 07 August, 2009. I was one of the first people who arrived there, at around 5AM! Had to wait 'til 6:30AM to get inside the building.
