I've just phoned up +6328582398. It kept on ringing for ages, then stopped, then rang again, but in a different tone. A woman answered, so I tried to ask what date they're processing now for the Tier 4 visa applications, but she said she can't really understand English. I asked if it's the UKBIA that I'm calling.
